About Me
As the founder and full-stack web developer of Skyline Web Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., I have honed my skills in UI/UX design and development to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. With a focus on enhancing user experience, I strive to craft websites and digital products that are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.
As a developer, I have extensive experience working with various content management systems (CMS), including WordPress and Joomla, among others. This familiarity with multiple CMS platforms allows me to select the right system for each project and optimize its performance.
In addition, when it comes to IT supporting role, my skills extend to maintaining servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and applications, as well as configuring and managing operating systems, databases, and hardware. I also handle Office 365 administration, including user account management and email setup, and work with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Windows Server environments.

As a front-end web developer at Skyline Web Solutions, I understand that my role is crucial as the first impression of a website can make or break user engagement. That’s why I take great care in creating user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive and user-friendly.
To achieve this, I utilize Figma to create various design prototypes and seek regular feedback from users to ensure that the end product meets their expectations. At Skyline Web Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that exceed our clients’ expectations.
My Education Background
I have successfully completed a Diploma in Computer System Design, which provided me with a solid foundation in computer hardware and software systems. Building on this knowledge, I pursued a Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering, where I gained expertise in software design, development, and testing. Additionally, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how information systems are used in business operations. These educational qualifications have equipped me with a unique set of skills that can be applied across various industries, and I am eager to leverage them in my career.

I would like to share my professional experience with you. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various web development projects. Moreover, working with an IT support background, I gained vast knowledge regarding servers, computer networking, VPNs, firewalls, configuring and managing operating systems, and all the computer hardware-related things and many more.
I have experience working as a front-end web developer at DT Innovations Software company. During my time there, I honed my skills in developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites using various programming languages and tools
I have had the privilege of working as a system support officer at KPMG Technology. During my time there, I have refined my skills in working with the eRoc ERP system in the department of the registrar of companies. My job entailed guiding clients in using the system correctly and reporting all identified bugs to the developers at KPMG. interfaces that meet the needs of the clients.
With an outstanding level of expertise in the field of content management, I have honed my skills to become a proficient user of the WordPress platform. My extensive hands-on experience in utilizing this highly intuitive system has enabled me to seamlessly create, edit, and manage a wide range of content with ease
My expertise in IT support encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the maintenance of servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and applications. I am skilled in configuring and managing operating systems, databases, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security. Additionally, I have experience working with ERP systems, including SAP HANA and Infor ERP, where I handle system integration, data management, and process optimization to support business operations effectively.
Working with the O365 Admin portal has been a new and enriching experience for me. I have gained proficiency in creating new users, assigning licenses to the users, setting up shared mailboxes, etc. Additionally, my experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Automate has been highly rewarding. Many enterprise-level companies are now transitioning to O365 for their daily operations.
